i enjoyed the clean villa. the staff was professional. i found a clean and quiet villa that meet my expectations. the overall stay was excellent.

the transportation times felt odd. paying $60 for parking at seaworld was a lot. the shuttle service was the reason i picked this resort.

The free shuttle made access to Disney parks convenient. A taxi service was available just outside the reception for an $18 fee. Our three-bedroom apartment located on the 13th floor offered views toward Disney. The laundry facilities included free washing powder and proved useful.

The ice maker was not working inside the fridge. The stove was wobbly and had only three functioning burners. The shower curtain did not fully cover the bathtub, disappointing. I experienced inconsistent hot water availability, where hot water did not last long enough for everyone to shower.
