I had an enjoyable stay overall, with spacious accommodations and attentive staff. However, there were some issues with the shuttle service and a notable interaction with one of the employees that dampened the experience. The dining options were convenient, but the on-site service could be improved.

While most staff were friendly and helpful, I did have an unfortunate encounter with one employee that was quite rude. However, the concierge, Tammy, was delightful and made up for it. Overall, the service was good but inconsistent.
